Sam is so talented!! He finds out what your problem areas are and uses different techniques like the rapid release, cupping, and whatnot to help them relax, release and be pliable… for someone who goes to the gym 5-6 times a week and lifts heavy, the 100 min massage is something I look forward to and need to schedule more often! I live down in Atlanta but drive up because Sam is amazing and I desperately need someone who knows what they’re doing and helps my stressed out muscles relax and recoup! Sam checks in to make sure the pressure is good but also allows you time to melt into the relaxation and drift off a little bit 🙏🏼🙌🏼 Highly, highly recommend!!
